United States: Please allow all orders within the United States to be delivered within 7-10 business days (excluding USA holidays and weekends). This shipping timeframe may also be affected by weather change, and is subject to change at any time. MM HAIR EMPORIUM CO does not ship orders on weekends. (Ex. Item(s) ordered Friday, will not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday).

International Orders: Please allow all international orders to be delivered within 7-14 business days (excluding USA holidays and weekends). *It is important to include any apartment, unit, or building number when ordering to ensure your package makes it to the proper place.

PROCESSING TIMES:

In stock items: (Available immediately and ready to be shipped out) In stock items require a processing time of 1-2 business days before being shipped out. LBM BEAUTY PALACE CO does not process orders on weekends or Holidays. Please note these times are subject to change and you may receive your package sooner than initially expected. 

Pre Orders: (Not available with LBM BEAUTY PALACE CO or our factory, and will require customization before being shipped) Pre ordered items require a processing time of 5-6 business days before being shipped out. MM HAIR EMPORIUM CO  does not process orders on weekends or Holidays. Please order within a timely manner so we can ensure your package arrives to you on time.
